Every item on our site includes a condition label to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. In some cases, we include additional details regarding an item's condition directly on its product page.

Below is an overview of what each condition label means:

🆕 New in Box

This item is brand new and part of our excess inventory and overstock from major furniture brands, offered at a fraction of the retail price. In some cases, packaging may have been opened or resealed for inspection purposes, but the item itself has no issues and is in new condition — never assembled or used.

✅ Showroom Sample (Like New)

This item may have been opened for inspection or displayed in a showroom but remains fully functional and in excellent condition. You may find little to no visible wear. These are essentially new items that are no longer in sealed packaging.

  • Fully functional and structurally sound
  • Packaging may be opened or resealed

⚠️ Cosmetic Imperfections

This item may have visible cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches, dents, scuffs, or minor discoloration. Despite these blemishes, the item is fully functional and structurally sound. These offer the deepest discounts for buyers who prioritize value over perfection.

  • Fully functional — no structural issues
  • Imperfections are noted in product photos when possible
  • Best value for budget-conscious buyers

📦 Incomplete Item

This item is missing one or more components or is being sold as an individual part — such as a table top only, a base only, or a frame without cushions. These items are priced accordingly and are ideal for buyers who need a specific part or are comfortable sourcing the missing pieces.

  • May be a single part (e.g., top, base, frame)
  • Review product photos and description carefully
  • Deepest discounts available

🔍 Inspect Before You Buy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. When you pick up an item at our warehouse, we can open and inspect the product together with you before you leave. If you'd prefer to verify the condition before committing, just let us know — we're happy to open and inspect any item at your request prior to purchase. Simply contact us to arrange an inspection.

📸 Photos & Transparency
