A: New York Furniture & Home is located in downtown brooklyn, 135 lawrence st, 11201. We carry selected sofa beds, platform beds, futons, coffee tables, dining tables, bar sets, and lots of other fun stuff, like rugs, vases, wall art & more. Of course we have tons of catalogs for almost everything else that has to do with home furnishing. We've seen it all... and choose to sell only the best.
Q: Is there a guarantee on your products?
A: All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship or from shipping damage.
The warranties on these products do not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse of the products.
Q: How much assembly is required?
A: This is RTA furniture. (Ready to be Assembled). Few products are as simple to assemble as these. Directions are clear and an allen head tool is provided. Arrangements can be made to have your furniture assembled as well. Please contact us for details.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: New York Furniture & Home guarantees 100% satisfaction on all products!!! If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to New York Furniture & Home in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Click here for more details
Q: How do you ship and what are the shipping charges?

We ship items that are in stock immediately. Items, that are not in stock take 1-2 weeks to order. Storage beds and captain beds are made to order within 1 week. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and parts of the Bronx and Staten Island. Assembly & walk ups are not included. Curbside delivery only. Click here for more on shipping. A: Yes. However, international shipping as well as shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can be prohibitively expensive. As with any other shipping inquiry, we will find the most convenient and least expensive means of getting you the products you need.
Q: What if I have freight damage?
A: It is important that you inspect the furniture for damages upon delivery, if an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, If the damage is found after the delivery service leaves, we can still repair or replace that item but we will charge you for the delivery service.
